Individual therapy is a one‑on‑one therapeutic relationship, where you and a trained professional collaborate to untangle the past, understand the present, and design a healthier future, working together to understand trauma, dysfunctional relationships and attachment patterns, self esteem, and self limited beliefs and patterns. I interweave components of IFS, EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT and transpersonal therapy into individual sessions.Individual therapy to explore patterns of thought and behavior, the impacts of attachment style.
EMDR: I am an Advanced Certified EMDR Therapist. I work with clients to understand how various past traumas create and inform our core beliefs about ourselves and the world and thus drives our patterns of perceiving and reacting to our interpersonal relationships and experiences.
