Our Holistic Approach
Comprehensive Assessment
Our comprehensive assessment entails a complete Psychiatric Evaluation, focusing on the bio-psych-social-spiritual aspects of an individual that may contribute to mental health issues. Further assessment tools may include genetic and methylation and detoxification, neurotransmitter metabolism testing, thyroid, hormone, and toxin burden testing, mitochondrial function and organic acid tests, micronutrient testing, and gut-brain assessments. We aim to identify possible root causes of symptoms and pave the way for personalized treatment strategies.
Collaboration and Empowerment
We believe in empowering individuals and fostering a collaborative relationship in the healing process. Our compassionate and supportive environment encourages clients to actively participate in their wellness journey, promoting a sense of guidance, empowerment, and self-awareness.
Individualized Treatment
We prioritize individualized care, tailoring our services to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. Our holistic approach encompasses a blend of evidence-based practices and complementary therapies to support overall well-being.
Our individualized treatment packages are designed to address specific concerns and help individuals achieve mental wellness. Through evidence-based and person-centered approaches, we empower individuals to overcome obstacles and thrive in their daily lives.
While our primary focus is on individual care, we recognize that personal growth often influences and strengthens relationships by helping individuals gain insight, improve emotional well-being, and develop healthier patterns, we aim to create a ripple effect that supports connection, communication, and harmony in their relationships and communities.
Body-Mind-Soul Integration
Mind-body-soul integration is at the core of our approach. We emphasize the interconnectedness of physical and mental health, as well as our connection and sense of purpose, integrating practices that promote holistic wellness and balance.
